Each session starts with a short meditation, introduction to the theme and guided meditation in motion leading to the main dance with visualizations to help you access energy of particular chakra. Then you can then surrender to the music and find your own free movement and expression. It can feel like you are entering into a waking dream. You may see images in your minds eye while you are dancing, or recall memories or gain insights. You may experience feelings, emotions or physical sensations. It\u2019s an organic unfolding of what\u2019s inside specific chakra.After the dance we sit to do creative exercise \u2013 drawing mandala art to integrate the experience.
