This energy centre is responsible for your emotional and creative expression. It governs your ability to express emotions, thoughts, and ideas in a unique way. When the Sacral Chakra is balanced, you feel a sense of passion, creativity, and joy. You are able to express yourself freely and authentically. However, when this chakra is imbalanced, you may experience a lack of creativity, emotional instability and a sense of disconnection from your own feelings and desires. It may also manifest as a craving for constant excitement and stimulation, which can result in the addictions.\u00a0<\/p>\n
One of the best ways to balance your second chakra energy is through meditation, dance and art. And that is what we do during Chakradance sessions.<\/p>\n

The session starts with a short meditation, followed by introduction to the theme. Then I will guide you into slow moving meditation leading to the main dance. Through the guided visualisations and music resonating with particular chakra, you will be immersed in a meditative state. You may find yourself on the memory lane or you could tap into unconsciousness, or touch on some repressed emotions, which need releasing, healing. We dance with our eyes closed, in a darkened room. Spontaneous movement. Shaking off stagnant energy, limiting beliefs, old wounds. After the dance we sit to draw mandala art. This creative exercise is a form of integration, expression of the energy you just danced. It doesn\u2019t matter if you can\u2019t draw \u2013 it\u2019s what your mandala represents that is important. In the end there is always a bit of time for sharing and a closing meditation.<\/p>\n
