We are each responsible for our own self-healing. There are no shortcuts you can take on this journey. There are no detours. The simple truth is that you have to do the work and heal yourself in order to live your life to the full potential. There are many tools though which can help you throughout this journey.<\/p>\n

This program is designed to support you through this transformational process.\u00a0Each session is dedicated to different chakra and gives you tools to start balancing your energy centres.\u00a0You will be invited to explore different archetypes connected to different chakras and dance with them in special rituals to heal, release and activate your own archetypal powers from within.<\/p>\n

The Chakradance Heal Your Life E-Course is delivered as a set of materials that have been designed to be experienced at home. This includes an introductory video, a 3-part ritual (delivered as 3 x mp3s), a self-reflection exercise (pdf) and a chakra activation meditation (mp3).\u00a03 part ritual consists of Guided Meditation, Dance part and Creative Exercise. All together it takes bit less than hour. It\u2019s important that you do your ritual at least once through out the course.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

I will be guiding and supporting you via private Facebook group where I check daily to read through your sharing and answer any questions.\u00a0The theme will be accompanied with a short video where I will introduce you to the content and prepare for what\u2019s coming next. There will be one live group Zoom call in the end of the week to share and integrate the whole experience with a closing meditation.<\/p>\n

All materials are to keep so you can continue with your practice.\u00a0Each time you dance, your experience will be different. As your energy shifts and the blocks dissolve, you will find yourself moving into deeper states and feeling more balanced.<\/p>\n
