This workshop, run over 9 sessions, is an avenue to explore the freedom of de-cluttering each of the main chakra centres. First session is an Introduction and activation of the whole chakra system, then each month we will focus on one Particular Chakra and the last session is an Integration one, the journey to the wholeness.\u00a0Going through Chakradance cycles is like dancing into seven different inner landscapes, each with its own lessons, meanings and stories. Seven unique tracks guide you on a dynamic dance journey through your own chakras. From tribal, sensual, pulsing, exhilarating, to ethereal, trance and spiritual.<\/p>\n
Experience the healing power of Chakradance in a small, safe group setting or book a private 1:1 session.\u00a0I will provide you with a sacred and nurturing space where you can surrender to your own experiences, become more in tune with your chakra system and use spontaneous movement to activate your own inner healing.
