“Getting to the Heart of Healing” is a 5-day themed retreat where you can reconnect with your heart through Music Meditation Art and Dance.<\/span><\/p>\n After couple of successful editions in 2024, this retreat is at the moment available only for the private bookings in the dates agreed (1 to 3 people).<\/p>\n It can be hosted in Andalusian mountains, where we hosted previous editions or in the different location upon mutual agreement. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Throughout this retreat, we will be guiding you through inner awareness exercises to help you awaken Anahata, Heart chakra. The intention can be a general, of bringing healing to your heart, or perhaps it is a more specific such as forgiving someone or healing from an emotional wound or grief.<\/p>\n Dance, meditate, tap into your true feelings, release layers of past hurts and open for love in all areas of your life.\u00a0<\/p>\n <\/p>\n DAY 1 – Arrivals, Dance of 7 Chakras \u00a0& welcome dinner\u00a0<\/p>\n DAY 2 \u00a0– Letting go of past hurts<\/p>\n DAY 3 \u00a0– Heart opening<\/p>\n DAY 4 \u00a0– Deep heart healing<\/p>\n DAY 5 \u00a0– Integration time & departures<\/p>\n <\/p>\n This unique retreat is fusing Chakradance (movement therapy modality rooted in Jungian psychology) and Reiki, EFT with my M-A-D (Music Art & Dance) explorations, for a greater healing and integration.\u00a0<\/p>\n Most meditative and movement practices are based on Chakradance and facilitated by me. Reiki, Tuning Forks and EFT individual sessions are guided by Stefan Bajic and tailored around matters connected to healing a heart space.<\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n Morning meditative mantra and dance sessions are by the pool with a stunning mountain views. Main Chakradance workshops are held in a candle lit space before a siesta time. We will be chanting and moving to mantra YAM, seed sound of Heart chakra.\u00a0<\/p>\n Before lunch you will be invited for Chakradance session. The intention of this workshop is to gently begin to let go of the hurts so that we can open to pure love. <\/span>Session starts with short sitting meditation, then we move into green light moving meditation before main dance part. The session will complete with creative exercise (mandala art), sharing and integration meditation.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n \u00a0After long siesta, there is option of EFT session with Stefan, to work through any issues which may come up after morning Chakradance sessions.\u00a0<\/p>\n In the evening you can join me for releasing slow movement session and deeply healing Yoga Nidra<\/span><\/p>\n DAY 3 \u00a0<\/strong>Heart Opening<\/p>\n Meditative and movement practices activating Heart chakra: \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Morning meditation and mantra dance.<\/p>\n Chakradance session where the focus will be on opening the heart and uniting Masculine and Feminine energies within. \u00a0We open and expand further as we dance the lightness of air and move to the rhythm of our breath.
